Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly from StayReo for the StayReo web-based POS Service.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
- No refunds: Payments for monthly subscription plans are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellation: Cancelling a monthly plan stops future auto-renewal only.
- Access: Service access will continue until the end of the already paid billing month.
2. Yearly Subscriptions
Free Trial
Every yearly subscription includes a one (1) month free trial period.
Refund Policy After Trial
- No refunds after trial: Once the free trial period ends and payment is processed, the yearly subscription becomes binding and non-refundable.
- If you cancel during the trial month, no payment will be charged.
- If you continue beyond the trial period, the full yearly fee applies and is non-refundable.
3. How to Cancel
You may cancel during the free trial period by:
- Contacting us at info@stayreo.com, or
- Cancelling directly through your account dashboard (if available).
After the trial period ends and payment is processed:
- Cancellation will only prevent auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for the active yearly subscription term.
4. Integrations, Third-Party Fees & Hardware
- Fees charged by third-party integrations (including payment gateways, delivery platforms, and accounting tools) are not refundable by StayReo.
- Any hardware, if offered, is governed by its own sales, return, and manufacturer warranty terms.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
